Hmm, a very appealing image.
A vicious, cunning (obviously) and sadistic Nara male capable of manipulating wind (that's what I get from his look *shivers*)
A fiery and artistic Yamanaka female. Might be able to possess her own creations for scouting purposes.
A blade wielding, brutally strong and above all, slim Akimichi female. Now imagine that blade going through the Baika no Jutsu like his father's staff was capable of. Pure Devastation! (That's not even taking into account the added bonus damage through "righteous" female fury)
All in all, I'd very much like to see this combo in action.

Like said above me, Inojin is male. Androgynous (for now at least) but male nonetheless.
As for Chocho, she's in butterfly mode, remember that this mode burns out all calories to fuel chakra reserves and strength levels. That's why she appears as slim here.
