Well, there being a stupid-ass law saying if you do anything to her she has to leave is a pretty good, if dumb, reason.
I mean sure, you'd get to do it with her, but then you'd never see her again. And that's a reason enough to not do it.

Actually, Anon4, the law only applies to those like Miia who are involved in the exchange program (much like real world student exchange programs); those who aren't (aka the rest of her species) are still technically free to come and kidnap the men they need to reproduce or, since they're no longer a secret, they could just come and ask for volunteers.
Also, to the other Anons: that law was more or less dealt with as early as chapter 4-5; the government wants a test case to see how relationships between the species would work and so the no sex rule will no longer apply to him once he chooses one to marry. Of course, that brings up the more important question of "should he be forced to choose?" After all, the girls aren't human, so you'd think bigamy laws wouldn't apply to them yet, allowing him to marry the whole harem and get freaky with all of them.

He most likely will have to sate all of their needs.
The question is, though...How long will he live a life like that?
Will his human limits be reached and eventually break, or will he reach new limits and become the standard humanity must meet to have monster girls as their lovers?

But... If there are no males of her species then how do you maintain a pure Lamia breed? :p
