Erm... I don't know why Kryzz is getting downvoted here... I'm an amateur jp->en translator myself, and though I have a very good grasp of the Japanese language (at a higher level than the classical "I can watch anime without subtitles"), I can only guess what the artist's trying to say here. What's written doesn't mean anything in Japanese:
- let's leave out (well, not exactly, since I'm currently pointing it out) the fact that the word ほおほお doesn't exist, and that it should be ほうほう (or even better: 方法),
- there is no grammatically correct way to interpret the sentence above, because これは cannot be inside the relative clause that qualifies ほうほう (because it contains a は particle, and a relative clause cannot contain a は particle), but it also needs to be inside it, because the main clause already contains a は particle (and there can be only one は particle per clause),
- the grammatically correct sentence that is closest to what's written is これはあなたがプレイするほうほうではありません (I only added a で behind ほうほう), and while it is grammatically correct, it means "This isn't how you play it." Literally. And by that, I mean two things:
- First, that the "you" is literal. What she's saying is that this (how he's playing) it is not how he's playing. It doesn't exactly much sense to me.
- Secondly, that "how you play" is also quite literal, in the sense that, the way it's written, it means more: "How to play using my computer" (i.e., more how to use a computer to launch the game than how to play the game itself) than: "How to play chess" (i.e., asking for the rules). I don't know if it's very clear, but I can't find a better way to word it anyway. By the way, the right word to use here would probably be 遊び方, but I can't be exactly sure, since I'm not 100% sure what the artist means.
If what the artist meant was "That's not how you play it!", one possible way to write it would have been "貴方の遊び方が間違っている！" (which means more "You're playing it wrong!", but it's pretty damn close).
