I'd hate to burst everyone's bubble about the "no fucks given about copyright in 80's Japan" thing, but this was never intended for commercial release. It's basically a fan film. (I think the only way they got away with selling copies was that you were actually buying the making-of book and the laserdisc was just a bonus)
