@Anon2: A safe rating still makes no sense because it's still a gif made specifically to showcase feet for plainly sexual reasons. The safe rating is for things that are safe for work & ogling a kid's feet is definitely not a safe workplace activity. Explicit is excessive for this though since the contents themselves aren't inherently sexual & there's no nudity.
