@seth0292 this chart was made during Fate/Zero light novel series' run, so it doesn't include any references to Fate/Zero, only the LNs and VNs prior to that.
But oddly enough, Irisviel was indeed mentioned in the VN and Kiritsugu was also confirmed to be Illya's real father there, so idk why there's no line between them
