This is just technically 3 characters as Zero, Mega Man Zero and Model ZX are technically the same Zero just different bodies.

Incorrect, Model ZX is the result of Vent or Aile fusing Biometal Models X and Z.

Well, partially correct, Anon4......As the Model Z has the soul of Zero in it, it technically is Zero fused with X being worn by Vent/Aile.
so par-correct.

^Incorrect.
All of the Biometals are based on the heroes. They aren't literally the same individuals from the Neo Arcadian times & earlier.
In other words: They aren't the "souls" of these heroes encased in special metal. They are meant to give their bio-matches powers based on these heroes.

when model X and Z speak, they do have the same voice actors as X and Zero. don't think there is a story connection, but as a player there is this sense of familiarity because of that

Mega Man X series is difficult to follow/understand. (no offence).

That's nobody's fault but Capcom's. Inafune had a (relatively) coherent storyline that Capcom mucked up for money.
