Do they ever use, like, real latina or black women in anime? I know this is weird to bring up, but it's kinda hard to see dark skinnned women in anime just being amounted to gyaru girls who tan a lot or southern island chicks or whatever.

anon4: occasionally so, but in Ikumi's case, she kept a similar appearance ever since she was a little girl, so the blonde hair is probably natural on her.
