Okay, here's what I can gather of this story. Lux, being the straight arrow she is, is unhappy with the amount of skin Shyvanna's default outfit shows. Kayle suggests a new outfit to Shyvanna, one based off of her Aether costume. They travel to a clothing store where it is implied that the Aether outfit and saiyan outfits are very similar. Shyvanna tries the outfit on during her next outing on the Rift, but finds to her dismay that after transforming, the outfit is destroyed. Suddenly, Shyvanna is trapped nude while on the Rift as pervy spectators with vision wards close in on her.

whelp, unfortunatly, your partially wrong. Lux is actually insulting Shyvanna for not having a proper royal guard attire. You can see Lux handing Shy the outfit that she wears later, only after 'Auntie' Kayle, as she's called in this strip, tells her about her time wearing a similar outfit, and encourages Shyvanna to go through with wearing the one Lux gave her to appeal to her fans in the royal guard. you are correct about it being destroyed by her transformation, though
