It's not aphrodisiac. The anime is called Shokugeki No Soma and it's basically about a guy whose cooking is so good that when people eat it they gasm (Not literally... At least I don't think so.)

The character in the gif smelled some of his cooking just then.

Fun fact: I think I recall reading somewhere that the guy who created the anime used to make doujins and naughty comics.

Yep. Tosh's best work have got to be Menkui and Harem Time, both of which are also hentai anime. He also made some really good BakaTest and My Bride is a Mermaid doujins too, all of which are harems. He really likes those harems.

Well, Tosh didn't exactly "make" the anime but he is responsible for the artwork (in the manga, too!). He goes by the name "Saeki Shun" if anyone is curious.
