No, anon is right, he/she doesn't have gender. His/Her body changes once he/she found a partner he/she want to mate with. In fact, at first, I thought he/she was a boy.

Actually, by the time she gets the prosthesis, she was already becoming a girl, so jonikari is mostly correct.
