Because people love to exaggerate on her proportions, forgetting that she already looked perfect to begin with. This picture is so much hotter than the thousand generic Misty with giant breasts pics.

I dont mind slight increase of the breast on her, just as as long as the increased breast size isn't of ridiculous proportions...and instead as if she got a believable hormone puberty spurt.
