the joke is that irohas is a common brand of bottled of water in japan (with the green cap/font seen here, tho it says isshiki on the bottle instead).
the bottom line is not translated very well, literally means "it'd be great if iroha's flavor came out" which is a double entendre: "flavor" in this context in japanese can be describing personality (aka +chemistry between the two) and then obviously the more lewd version of "flavor"
