I'd like to make an announcement, as some of you may or may not know Rightstuf has recently begun releasing Gundam DVDs starting with Turn A, they eventually plan to release the whole franchise on DVD now this is quite a big deal since A. some shows like X,ZZ,V were never seen in the west at all till fansubbers brought them over B. Gundam has traditionally done pretty bad in the west, almost everything DVDs, mangas and games have been flops most of the time. So Bandai and Rightstuf are making a huge gamble and they need our help to pull it off, so if you've got the money you need to start supporting them now because if the gamble isn't successful if Bandai's losses outweigh their gains at the end of all this then we will never see anything Gundam related in the west ever again. Also do remember that there's much more to this franchise than Anime, Games,Manga and Novels stuff that fans have generally had more difficulty in translating but if the DVDs are successful and Gundam is successful over here again then we will get a lot more official translations of various Gundam Media so that's an added incentive. So in conclusion if we all want to see a bright future in this franchise we all gotta pitch in.
