You're sure as fuck not, dude. Her Arise design is her best since the original '95 movie. This is a huge step up from any of the SAC style Motokos, but I highly doubt that the movie design will ever be topped.

i usually don't care about anime being 100% faithful to the manga, but in the case of arise, people must stop hating on the major, because the girl-ish design and her reactions are the closest to the manga out of all the adaptations
