Pretty much, yeah. It's implied that the Six Gods of Light that the southern Theocracy worship were a group of 6 previous players to show up in the past. Ainz is, bare minimum, the same level as they were (lvl 100, which is the max) but it's implied he's probably more powerful, and his gear is almost certainly superior to what they had (he was the guild master of a guild where basically everyone else quit and gave him their stuff, plus he's got a shit load of high tier items all on his own).

It's worth pointing out that the maids/butler guy and Albedo were the final defensive line for the Tomb of Nazarek in the event that an enemy force got all the way to the throne room on floor 9. No one ever got that far (as Ainz mentions in the first episode) so they never actually had to fight anyone, the farthest anyone having gotten being floor 8.

So, since they were the final defense line, one can assume they're probably all exceptionally high level.

Well, in volume 6 is said that Evileye is the strongest of Blue Rose (and Lakyus is the same as Ainz in the past: a chuunibyou) and Evileye is at the same or at least stronger than Entoma, but no match to Yuri Alpha and CZ.

They're the final defensive line, but only to buy a little time. Anyone who makes it to the 9th floor has already won. The highest level one is Narberal at 62 while I think Entoma is only 46 or so. Evileye is actually higher leveled than any of them, but they have better gear and higher tiered spells.
