The Zerg have to get genetic material for exploding Terrans somehow. The other humans were all killed, he is the last guy alive, so the Zerg made a 'princess' class to keep him entertained inside the Infested Terran base.

In between bouts of sex, he can see the various infested Terrans attacking his former allies, but whenever he tries to escape a Princess grabs him for another round.

yeeeeeeH, gonna go out on a limb and say that unless the author said this is Kasen, it's probably not Kasen.
