Fan-artists tend to take liberties with the proportions of Pokemon girls, Dawn/Hikari and Hilda/Touko most notably when it comes to asses, but I've always found it makes much more sense with Touko considering her design. How else could that torn up pair of short shorts work unless she's got some incredible curves to show off?
