But when i save it, it is a jpg. not a gif. and i waited for it to load over and over..100% loaded even check original image.

Ok cancel that. after a very long time for some reason gelbooru changes it from a jpg to a gif when you save. i waited a good long time and finally it let me veiw it as a gif. not a jpg.
