As someone who used to work in rides at an amusement park, I have to call 'bullshit:' A ride that has loops has shoulder restraints that are designed to be impossible to remove while riding. And even if these two manage it the people working the ride would have stopped it before they could get to the top of the first hill. I can well imagine what the staff would be saying to them:

Please stop disrupting things here. We provide the rides so you don't have to.
