Even though her hand IS on his throat. thats intention to kill. death is past tense meaning he is already dead. why have your hand around someones neck if there already dead? plus i dont think he would be able to keep his hard on after the blood has stopped moving lol. so i dont think death would actually apply here.

I thought it was more of a "aww, my adorable little struggling plaything" sorta neck/chin touch rather than an attempt at strangulation, and open mouth was purely due to the fact that getting raped by a cute succubus wasn't how he expected to spend his afternoon (really, how often is one that lucky?)
