I've been wanting to do different stories featuring young Link and Malon having different events happen to them that can easily get perverted. Either taking a hot barrel bath at the ranch, getting caught by a Like Like and having their clothes eaten, or skinny dipping at Zora River.

Well if it it's any consolation, TP Link's hair, while not red his a dark brown, and he works on a farm and already owns a horse named Epona. Plus Malon is the only girl OoT Link would have the opportunity of settling down with. Come to think of it, OoT's story majorly cock-blocked Link. xD

What about Ruto? While I agree that Malon is the girl that Link had the best chance with, she wasn't the only one. Ruto and Link were engaged (admittedly Link had no idea that they would when he got the spiritual stone), and they could have definitely settled down together if they wanted to. Although, I don't think Hylians and Zora can produce childen together.
