Anatomy fail. Even if a baby centaur were born small enough to fit inside the human torso of its mother, as there are no openings in the front large enough, it would have to be c-section for every single pregnant member of the species, or somehow travel all the way back through the horse torso to be born properly.

And how do you know that's not how centaur women are when pregnant? For all we know the baby could start in the human part of the body, and when it gets to a certain size it moves into the horse part. I could be wrong, or I could be right. Centaurs don't exist anyway, so anything is possible when it comes to mythical creatures.
