The main character is a harem protagonist which means he is a Gary Stu which means he probably has a Godzilla penis to satisfy her giant "hotdog down the hallway" human/horse vagina.

Horses don't need a lot of stimulation to get off. Not like us humans.

You guys DO know that they explained ALL of this on the authors blog, right? It's long since been translated perfectly from Japanese to English, French, and Spanish too, so you SHOULD be able to read it, or use google translate. Anyways, it's like this: Female Centaurs have a 3-step pregnancy that effects their entire body in multiple different ways at each stage. Step 1: after fertilization, the zygote travels the "hybridization line" between the "human-like" and "horse-like" halves of the centaur's body, where it will trigger the first of three waves of wholistic hormonal changes throughout the centaurs entire body, and begin the first trimester. The centaur will barely show any physical signs of pregnancy, but her scent will change in less than an hour after fertilization, becoming a repellant to male centaurs (and an aphrodesiac to male humans). Step 2, 2nd trimester, the zygote moves to the "human-like" womb, where it triggers the rapid, massive production of milk, causing the mammary's to swell up to ten times as long and large as normal, about 1/4th to 1/3rd of this size change is permanent, and the centaur begins showing in "the human way." Step 3, 3rd trimester, the fetus, which is still smaller than a human newborn at this stage, contracts and moves from the "human-like" womb to the "horse-like" womb, and begins the process of going through over 58% of it's development before stabilizing in preparation for the birthing process. This is the stage where the fetus develops the strong bones, hooves, teeth, and kicking power the centaurs are known for, to the point where it is possible to sustain injuries by being too close to the expecting mother when her expected child kicks. And there ya go. I suggest ya'll read the blog, it's chock full'o answers about this stuff.

There's an EROGE that provides an explanation for this, where the centaur it's gonna house it's offspring depends on who the father is.
If it's human then the image above is accurate, if it's a horse or another Centaur then it would be in the horse half of her body.
