Anon 2, that's actually her underboob, not her cleavage. You can tell from the way her 'top' gets narrower the further up it goes, and the fact that near her cleavage is a red ornament/button/whatever while her underboob has purple lining and a purple ornament/button/whatever.

This is a pretty nice anime, but why do they say it eats up so much budget? It's not like it's more impressive than some of the other really well drawn anime out there, yet I don't remember any other ones being delayed this much... I wonder how many times they will delay episodes before the series is over...

@MKz: it's because it does eat a loot of money doing CG and then draw on top of it (AKA rotoscoping).
