You guys seriously don't see her leg is actually up on Takao's shoulder? The "leg" you're seeing at the bottom is just her empty stocking. She had to take one leg off to have sex, instead of ripping it apart like in most h-art.

Atago's right leg isn't upside down, it's twisted a little but not in a way that isn't possible IRL. Her big toe is in the correct position. Her foot is just pointing about 90°, which pretty much everybody can do especially if they're lying down.
