@anon2: There's a visible puddle and ripple lines underneath her. Seeing the picture from the correct angle may be a bit difficult at first, but if you look at it correctly you'll then notice that the puddle is directly underneath her. That information combined with her facial expression and the way her pants are pulled down as well as her squatting makes it pretty obvious that she's peeing. The artist has also done other peeing pics, with Sakura and Hinata as well, so it's not unprecedented.
