I'm going to hide completely behind the shield of full-blown futanarism which is a land of girl onry-ness and say that is one of the softest, most well drawn....appendages..I've ever 'been fated' to see. The way Nezumi drew it really gives it a soft, yet meaty look that (on and ONLY on a futa) looks very... appealing.
