"Girl" was kind of confusing until this exact clip, and then the whole thing made sense. The main character is hiding in a world of fantasy over her crush being "taken" by someone else. Either that's Shuu or Hana here. The "Prince Charming" fantasy earlier suggests the former, but the video focusing on Hana's face only and cropping Shuu out suggests it may be a lesbian attraction to her. The whole video symbolizes her going to different lengths to hide from reality, or rather to change her own personal reality, so she doesn't have to face it.
At least, that's my interpretation. Much like with Me!Me!Me!, there's as many possible interpretations as there are people who have watched it. One's own life and experience deeply color how it's interpreted.

That video made me cry so so much, the music and song also didn't help.
If it's a sequel or not, i found this one way more moving.. but anyway, the art, colors and animation were amazing as always.. i can't even imagine how much work is behind this..

Personally, I felt so bad for this girl. She is looking for her "prince charming" but unable to find one and tries to deny her existence in real life and prefers her own world but still as well. Yet however, she is still unhappy and tries to imagine the real world in her own vision but in the end by seeing the couple from the previous video, she breaks down hard after seeing a possible love interest already being taken and is in such a state of vulnerability and despair that she is left broken and all alone.
