A bit of backstory. I've found this footage on Youtube of this game and thought I might upload it because of this scene alone.

This webm is based off of the recorded video made by someone of someone else playing the game. The reason why I used the footage is because that this is a pachislot (or a japanese poker machine) and there doesn't seem to be anyway to capture/record it otherwise, emulate it in any other hardware, and its rarity.

Firstly, I hope the screen glare isn't too intrusive for anyone viewing it.

Secondly, that the quality is acceptable for this site.

And thirdly, that I'm not breaking ANY rules in doing so.

I could re-upload this with the sound but the video that I made this webm from was being recorded in a public place where there was A LOT of noise from people playing other machines nearby.

This game does have sound itself. It's just that its too much of a pain to try and hear it due to the racket.

This pachislot akumajō dracula thing apparently has been ported to android already.

So someone can get better footage of it with a screen recording program and with sound in fact. But don't hold your breath.
