Okay, so I'm just going to guess what happens based off of the image and a little bit of knowledge of a pre-existing fan comic.
So, as far as I know, there is currently a teamfight in Summoner's Rift. The first five people that you see are probably in the same team. Now, Zed here is an assassin. His job is to kill either the squishy and/or the carry. Now here is when the knowledge of a fan comic comes into play. In a famous fan comic, Zed is paired with Syndra. In the second-to-last panel, it shows Zed and Syndra in a very sexually suggestive position. As for the last panel, it seems that Zed is satisfied about doing something to Syndra, whatever it may be.
