If she doesn't want to, because she's a good person and/or she likes you, it won't be.
Only that one "Freddy Kruger" Pokemon can't help but do the terrible shit it does.
Every other pokemon is in complete control of it's powers, or soon will be.
That is the whole POINT to pokemon training and the very basis of the symbiotic relationship between humanity and the pokemon.
At least, SOME fannon states as much, and personally, it makes sense to me.
