Anon - Futanari is actually a girl. It's a fantasy genre. And as you'll notice in these pics, they have both types of genitals.

Correct me if I'm wrong but i believe a futa is a girl whose clitoris has grown into a penis. depending on the artist, some have balls, some dont

Futanari is literally Hermaphrodite, in Japanese. but since Artists will debate til doomsday what THEY believe the word means, i just dont bother anymore. also, i really wish i had an older sister like this :p

Futanari is hard translated to Hermaphrodite but has a more specific meaning aka there is no direct translation

>there is no direct translation

ă”ăŸ "futa" = "two"/ăȘり "nari" = "form"
= "two-form"

And yet, I've seen Japanese speakers use it to refer to girls with dicks but no pussy, so there's no reason to argue that there's a strict meaning of this (colloquial) term, unless you think etymology should govern meaning (which is silly).
