ふた "futa" = "two"/なり "nari" = "form"
= "two-form"

And yet, I've seen Japanese speakers use it to refer to girls with dicks but no pussy, so there's no reason to argue that there's a strict meaning of this (colloquial) term, unless you think etymology should govern meaning (which is silly).
