Oh god.... The anime got the opportunity to expand more on what dreams of our characters might be within the Infinite Tsukoyomi, and what do we get for Killer Bee's dread ? All 9 jinchuurikis acting as fucking super sentais...
I'm perfectly fine with the super sentai genre on its own, but in the Naruto universe ? My brain just melted in pain upon seeing it.

Different Anon, but I would take B's Wacky Super Sentai Power Hour over the Kaguya shit that's canon.
Though the lack of Jinchuuriki interaction and panel-time in general was one of the biggest waste of potential in the series. There are 8 more unique characters like Naruto and (he)we really got to know 2 of them other than the MC? Give me a break.

Anon2 : on that we agree, that where the additionnal character developpement in some fillers was not a bad thing, though, still not enough. But still don't agree with you about Kaguya, the real problem is just that the topic and her story (and related stories) were rushed and that's where the waste of potential comes from.
Had the struggle with Akatsuki as a shadowy organisation been kept longer, just poping now and then, and had we focused more on interactions between villages, with a 3rd season if need be to finish with Kaguya, things would have been so much different...

But still don't agree with you about Kaguya, the real problem is just that the topic and her story (and related stories) were rushed and that's where the waste of potential comes from.
Had the struggle with Akatsuki as a shadowy organisation been kept longer, just poping now and then, and had we focused more on interactions between villages, with a 3rd season if need be to finish with Kaguya, things would have been so much different...
