It's not yandere, it's just being psycho. Yandere indicates she has a 'senpai', a crush that she does what she does to try and win over. she... Doesn't. Chara just wants everything dead.

1874083 - Yandere doesn't need a 'senpai', they just need an object of affection they are willing to kill for ('Senpai' denotes someone of a higher class or rank, loved or not).
