The golden lasso means Wonder Woman can order them to do anything, and they have to do it. So when she says, "follow me, you will enjoy this," Terra and Power Girl have to walk along with her.

Power Girl is hesitant about being exposed in front of everyone (but horny), while Terra is making up for it trying to get a look at Power Girl and Wonder Woman's butts at the same time.

first off wonder womans lasso whip thing makes people tell the truth ... so it would be "you're enjoying this aren't you?" and then they both probably came a little bit

Actually Anon, you're right and wrong, the old lasso only made them be honest, the New 52 one can do more.
