For those who don't get it, this is a censored sex scene made in mmd. The guy is invisible, and the girls are wearing clothes. There are other animations with different characters based on this same scene (which goes on for longer, and involves the guy having sex with Hibari and Asuka repeatedly, blueballing Ikaruga in the process).
