Actually Anon_Perv, it's more fitting for Yukiko to be the seme and Chie to be the uke.

Now you might be wondering why I think that, but if you look closely enough at their relationship, it's YUKIKO who's the Tomboy with Chie as the Girly Girl. Just look at Yukiko's Covert Pervert status and her love for horror movies and compare it to Chie's Adorkable nature.

Besides, Chie's shadow represents a dominatrix Yukiko on two Chies, so I think the subversion of the Tomboy and Girly Girl tropes and who is on top fits rather nicely.
