By freak I guess you mean futa.
They do it because Yoruichi sounds like a male while in cat-mode and because of her connection to Soifon.
Thats also the reason for her always beeing paired with Soifon in this kind of picures. (Of course in a dominant way)
That leads me to another question:
Shouldn't that also be tagged femdom?
