There's no reason to hate on Kagura, he's a boss. People are just salty that their precious little Noel is getting paired up with someone who's not Ragna. Hell, I ship this.

This artist has been in love with this pairing since CP vanilla so I don't see her stopping any time soon. Don't shit on the art just cause you don't like the pairing, good art is good art.

I don't like the pairing, but I definitely won't deny the art is fantastic. Still plenty of stuff by the artist that doesn't have Kagura in the perspective that I can enjoy. But yeah, I don't see them "Getting bored" of the pairing. That's like saying Creayus will get bored of C.C..

1: he's new character with little story.

Personally reason 1, and 2 as it relates to it. I wouldn't mind the "Pervy womanizer developing genuine feelings for a girl" plot if it didn't seem so sudden and rushed.
