Look, weight or not, the only being (human so far) I have seen doing such was a guy that could move his ribs (just a little, like, he could make them flap around) and actually streatdch out his body:

His spine...well, you know it is made of several bones right? Well, he could put spaces between them and lift himself. The doctors had no idea of how he could do that. It apeared of a television show (no, not anikme, movie, it was live).

It's not the body length or anything here that's wrong, the main problem is in her arm. Shirley's left arm is almost as long as her entire body. And Lelouche's right leg is a bit long as well. I suppose you could blame both of these on the weight and them being pulled on, but still...
