Made this in After Effects, basically just placed 2 separate versions of the clip in different layers and moved the other one up and matching the frames. Motion tracking/stabilizing basically creates the same result but this one doesn't have a bouncy head. I think Centorea was most likely drawn/animated in full and the background was drawn separately and placed behind her. Should've just left it static instead of panning it with the rest of the shot, wouldn't have really any moving lines in it :/
