She's not invisible. Yukari's power is control of "gaps," or boundaries between different worlds. This resembles concepts like wormholes or the dimensional sword of Kuwabara in Yuu Yuu Hakusho. She can open a gap and jump into it, etc., which of course causes teleportation.
The shape of the gaps usually look somewhat like eyes with the "corners" being held together with ribbons, which is what you can see the mouth seems to be coming from. This implies that Yukari opened up a gap to show up in front of Reimu here to suck dick lol.
The gap can likely be seen from all directions, but you might see the other side of the gap instead, so you wouldn't be looking at like a slice of the lower jaw or anything like that. So if Marisa were to turn around, she would probably see a the gap and whatever is in front of the gap on Yukari's side.
