I think the creator wanted us to use our imagination. Based on how Mia's underwear functions, (as well as assumed placement); we have to all agree her private parts are located where her human and snake halves meet.

Then since she dosn't have a normal snake cloaca (because those are located further down the tail,) ACTUALLY WHERE THE TOILET PAPER IS IN THIS PIC. We can assume she has a cloaca (or just vagina) located where a human vagina should be, or she actually has an anus behind where a human's normal should be.

Conclusion: IDK MAN! Just use your imagination or common sense or whatever...
