You don't tip the waitress? I always give them $20 tips.
I learned that in some countries you don't tip the waitress and waiters cause the establishment in question has the prices for the foods and drinks high enough that there's enough money leftover for the employees to make a decent living off of the work without being tipped. Wish we did that in the U.S., cause if you're a tipper your spending the same amount of money as you would be if the prices were higher anyways.
