It looks like they just traced the image by kagami hirotaka: gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=43178 and gave it brighter colors. Do they at least credit the original artists? Or is this just blatant art-thieving?

Relax bro. It's from a dA user and the original image was given credit in the description. It's not a trace either.
