no...i saw the movie....she is from the future but none of the girls are the mom....its some wierd cat girl/demon from jurai who was in love with tenchi's grandfather when he was young but was sent away from him because the king did not want his son near her.....so he had her sealed away.....couple hundered years later she got free and got some of tenchis hair and mixed thier DNA together and POOF......Mayuka was born

Actually, Ryoko's hair is described as "Silver with a teal sheen". Although the artists would often get lazzy and just make it teal or light blue.
