I'm sure there are people capable of doing the motion of the kick. Though I question if it would actually be very effective; particularly when fighting multiple opponents. Looks fucking badass though.

Against multiple opponents, highly doubtful. But against a single target that has already been stunned or distracted, if you really need more strength then you actually have, this kick gives you that by increasing your momentum. Very demanding in the agility department though, you'd need to train a lot on that kick alone to do it right in a real situation...
