1. @sah I deleted your comment because that link to Alex's site is too suspicious.
2. The artist's non-Japanese name is right there in the image and it is not drawn in a Japanese style.
3. The burden of proof that it is from a Japanese artist is on the uploader. They should provide a source to the artist's page were it is posted. We moderators are not required to use a VPN or use any paid or free subscriptions so anything that isn't available to everyone including non-users of the site the source is on may still be contested including Tumblr. Of course anything behind a paywall is against the ToS.
4. As a moderator, I get to decide if an image is deserving of an exception or not.
5. forum #484 is to be used if a deleted post needs review by the staff for consideration.
6. Flagging a Moderator's comment is pointless. The flagging reason "hola" is equally pointless.
