So some sort of tonfa with energy field/cortosis to counter lightsabers? A simple vibrosword would work, too. Or the pikes in Revenge of the Sith/The Force Unleashed.

Well assuming the "blade" parts of lightsabers are made of plasma, the elctro riot tonfa could actually repel the "blades" if it produced a strong enough magnetic force cause plasma can be pushed or pulled with a strong enough magnetic push or pull.
